These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website www.jothira.com ("Jothira", "we", "us") and the astrology services and digital reports offered on it. By accessing the site or purchasing a report, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. About us

Jothira is operated by Rajkumar S (sole proprietor) based in Tamil Nadu, India. Jothira provides Tamil Vedic astrology information, calculators and personalised digital reports (jathagam / horoscope books) computed using the Nirayana (Lahiri) system.

2. Nature of our services

Our reports, predictions, matching results and calculators are provided for personal guidance, information and entertainment purposes only. Astrology is based on traditional belief systems and interpretation; it is not a science. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, and our content must not be treated as a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. Any decision you make based on our content is your own responsibility.

3. Accuracy of information you provide

Reports are generated from the birth date, time and place you enter. The accuracy of a report depends entirely on the accuracy of this information. We are not responsible for results based on incorrect birth details supplied by you.

4. Payments

Paid reports are priced as shown on the site at the time of purchase (the Premium Digital Jathagam Book, and any promotional / sale pricing when available). Prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partner, Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details on our servers.

5. Delivery

All products are digital. After a successful payment, your report is generated and made available to you online (and/or as a downloadable PDF) as described in our Delivery Policy.

6. Refunds and cancellations

Because our products are digital and generated on demand, refunds are handled as set out in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to copy, resell, redistribute, scrape or reverse-engineer the site, its calculations or its reports; not to use the site for any unlawful purpose; and not to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our systems. Reports are for your personal, non-commercial use.

8. Intellectual property

All content, design, text, logos and software on Jothira are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not use them without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jothira shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Our total liability for any claim relating to a paid report is limited to the amount you paid for that report.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version, with its "last updated" date, will always be available on this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Tamil Nadu, India.
