• Technical data — basic, non-identifying analytics such as pages visited, collected to keep the site working and improve it.

2. How we use your information

• To generate and deliver the reports you request.
• To process payments and provide order history and support.
• To respond to your queries and improve our services.

3. Payment data

All payments are processed by our payment gateway partner, Razorpay. Your card, UPI, net-banking or wallet details are entered on Razorpay's secure systems and are never stored on Jothira's servers. We only receive a confirmation of whether a payment succeeded, along with a payment reference.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share information only with the service providers needed to run Jothira — for example our hosting provider, our database/authentication provider, and Razorpay for payments — and only to the extent required to provide the service, or where required by law.

We keep your account and order data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services and meet legal requirements. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
